This agreement is made on the
hereinafter referred to as the “Pharmacy.”
Pharmacy agrees to promote Whatsup Doc (Pty) Ltd as an accredited telemedicine service provider.
Pharmacy agrees to display the Telemedicine Provider’s marketing within the pharmacy premises. Physical signage includes 1 large mobile banner and 1 A2 poster.
Pharmacy grants the Telemedicine Provider the right to use the Pharmacy’s name, logo, and other related details in marketing and advertising campaigns related to the telemedicine service that also promotes the pharmacy.
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue indefinitely, unless terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
This Agreement may only be amended or modified in writing and signed by both parties.
